Main requirements to become a Google Adsense publisher is have a website or blog. Before registering your website to make sure that the Google Adsense website content has been using the English language. Because not all languages can be allowed by Google Adsense. Although sometimes it is approved, does not mean Google Adsense will put their commecial ads on your site.
The simpliest way register your website to Google Adsense is create a dummy website or blog. Based on my experience and the other, it's works and you will accept as a Google Adsense publisher.
1. Make a blog at blogger.com or free website (you should ബി use a pay domain)
2. Give the title and the good name, use the English language.
3. To get the content quickly. Visit the website that provides free articles.
5. Make at least 10 articles related to the title of your blog. If you need to take advantage of the search engine to find other content that have related.
6. Register your blog to several search engines. Usually within a few weeks, your new blog will indexed by search engines.
7. Register your dummy blog to Google Adsense
8. Keep adding your blog content when waiting accept it Google Adsense in a few days.
